The SC10MK2 MT W introduces a strategic advantage by enabling wireless connectivity for serial Modbus devices. This converter is designed to eliminate the costs and constraints of physical cabling, providing unparalleled deployment flexibility for industrial equipment in hard-to-reach locations or dynamic environments. It makes serial devices instantly accessible over a Wi-Fi LAN, allowing software to monitor and control them from anywhere within the wireless network.
As a 2-port Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP converter with integrated Wi-Fi, the SC10MK2 MT W is fully compatible with 802.11b/g/n networks. A key feature is its Soft AP mode, which allows users to connect directly to the device with any Wi-Fi enabled computer or smartphone for initial setup and configuration, simplifying the installation process. This combination of powerful Modbus conversion and wireless freedom makes it a perfect solution for modernizing industrial communication.
