Introduction

The GSF 8362Q 485 444 serves as a secure, compact IoT Gateway designed to provide robust data transmission over public 4G LTE networks. It is purpose-built to connect remote assets and infrastructure directly to cloud platforms, enabling real-time monitoring and control. The device is widely deployed in critical M2M (Machine-to-Machine) applications including Intelligent Transportation Systems, Smart Grid management, Industrial Automation, Banking Security, and remote monitoring for Water, Dam, and Irrigation projects.

Technically, the gateway is built around a high-performance industrial 32-bit CPU, ensuring reliable operation under challenging conditions. Its primary interfaces include an integrated 12-port I/O block (Analog In, Digital In, Digital Out), an RS485 serial port for legacy industrial equipment, LAN and configurable WAN/LAN Ethernet ports, and WiFi connectivity. The device ensures end-to-end data integrity by securely transmitting information to the cloud via MQTT, HTTP, or HTTPS protocols, often encapsulated within a secure VPN tunnel.
