Introduction
The GW IoT Cellular Gateway is a robust industrial device designed for remote monitoring and data acquisition from multiple field equipments over 4G cellular networks. Acting as a Modbus RTU Master, it communicates with multiple Modbus slave devices at a single site and transmits structured JSON data to cloud or central monitoring servers using IoT protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, and FTP. The application server can be hosted on a public network or deployed at a central monitoring station.
Designed specifically for deployment within industrial panels, the GW IoT G8M is the ideal solution for remote monitoring and data acquisition applications. It provides a robust and dependable data link for systems where physical access is difficult or cost-prohibitive. By seamlessly integrating field devices with a central server, it empowers organizations to monitor asset performance, track environmental conditions, and manage distributed infrastructure with greater efficiency and control.
